Christian Briker
CEO
Christian Briker is a Swiss-Colombian business administrator with specializations in senior management from INALDE (Colombia), IPADE (Mexico), and Harvard University, where he completed the Business Finance Development Program at the JFK School of Government. In 2002, he was recognized as Executive of the Year in Colombia by the Junior Chamber International.
He has over 20 years of experience in international financial investment management, working with institutional platforms such as UBS, Deutsche Bank, Bank Sarasin, Corner Bank, and Morgan Stanley. He currently leads BRB Finanz AG, an investment advisory firm licensed by the Panamanian Securities Superintendency, and is the largest shareholder of IWPF, an investment fund listed on the Panama Stock Exchange. He also serves on various boards of directors, including Value & Risk, a risk rating agency based in Colombia.
Patricia Boyd
Manager and Fund Administrator
Patricia Boyd, our Chief Financial Officer, joined the BRB Group at the beginning of the last decade, having built a distinguished career in private banking at the country's leading financial institutions. Her experience has been further strengthened in the securities market, where she has held leadership positions at various brokerage firms.
Among her notable roles are Director of Investment Banking at MultiBank, Deputy Manager of the Investment Management Unit of the Social Security Fund, and Officer in the International Department of Banque Nationale de Paris. Additionally, Patricia has chaired the Panamanian Capital Markets Association and served as a consultant for financial regulatory agencies. Her extensive experience and leadership provide invaluable value to our team.
Dora Bastidas
Compliance Officer
Dora Bastidas holds the position of Compliance Officer and combines extensive experience in banking and capital markets. Her professional ethics and sharp analytical skills in situations of potential risk of terrorist financing and money laundering ensure that the assets managed by the firm always comply with the highest legal standards, both locally and internationally.
With a strategic vision and a deep understanding of regulatory best practices, Dora leads the implementation of compliance policies that strengthen institutional transparency and integrity. Her work not only protects IWPF's assets but also reinforces its ongoing commitment to excellence and corporate responsibility.
Natalia Lemus
Executive Director of Alternative Projects
Economist with international experience in development programs and investment projects. It provides IWPF with a comprehensive vision by combining economic and legal analysis to generate impact and sustainable return in alternative projects.
Economist with a master's degree in Economics, with fifteen years of international experience in project management, economic development and strategic consulting. He has led initiatives in more than ten countries in Latin America and Europe, working in Spanish, English and Portuguese in different multilateral organizations, public and private sectors. His career combines economic rigor with close collaboration with legal teams, which has allowed him to provide a comprehensive vision in the design of strategies.
Among her outstanding functions, she has been acting as Chief Executive at CAF – Development Bank of Latin America and the Caribbean, leading digital transformation projects, regulatory improvement and process automation. He has also worked in multilateral organizations such as the Inter-American Development Bank and the World Bank, and in international firms in Europe and Latin America.
It leads alternative projects aligning its experience in development programs with the generation of tangible impact and sustainable return, boosting value for investors.
